I gave the headset to a few people for prototype feedback, and I made some design tweaks based off of that feedback.

The main change is that I've decided to make a SM/M version (original design), and a separate L/XL version of the Nomad helmet. A few people on the upper end of the head-size spectrum (90%+ percentile) noted that it was more snug than they anticipated.

The SM/M version will cover the highlighted section of the chart (the size is in millimeters - to go from mm to inches, divide the number by 25.4). The L/XL version will cover above 585mm (~23"). The SM/M will cover a range of 535mm to 585mm (~21" to 23").

Despite pushing out timing a bit, I thought this was the best course of action as comfort is incredibly important and why I designed the helmet in the first place.

The good news is that I finished designing the L/XL helmet and sent it off for fabrication and design validation. If everything looks good, I'll submit a production order for both versions.
